Very spacious and well-appointed rooms. Beautiful surroundings and woodland for walking. Excellent evening meal at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet with a wide range of appetizing options. Amazing views from the outside.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The location of the hotel was amazing, surrounded by breathtaking views. We were lucky enough to experience a snowy Christmas which just added an extra layer to the picturesque surroundings. the food offered was also good quality and offered a variety of options to cater for different tastes. Another advantage was that the hotel was pet-friendly, which meant we were able to bring our furry friend along for the festive season.
The service was disappointing. the language barrier was a problem as none of the staff could speak English fluently which made it difficult to communicate.

The language barrier was a bit of a challenge as no staff members spoke English. The pillows had a bad smell and the floor seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Bathrooms are clean with hot and cold running water. the buffet breakfast is a great way to start the day with delectable food choices. Guests can choose to enjoy their meals in the restaurant with an extensive menu or take a stroll in the woodland with their pets.
The staff struggles to communicate in English, making it difficult for non-German speaking guests to order food or seek assistance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect with fine surroundings and serene lake. the hotel facilities were top notch with clean and spacious rooms and ample parking space available.
Can't fault anything about it.
